Terms & Conditions

1. Orders and Prices

  • All prices are FOB Surabaya, Indonesia, with standard carton packaging included.
  • For LCL (Less than Container Load) orders, additional local/export handling charges may apply once the goods are finished and crated.
  • All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
  • The minimum order value is US$2,000.

2. Payment

  • All purchases must be fully paid before shipment from Indonesia.
  • Customers must place a 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining balance payable once we notify you that the shipment is ready.
  • Bank transfer is the only accepted payment method.
  • We understand that new customers may feel cautious when making their first payment. We are happy to provide customer references upon request so you can feel more comfortable before proceeding.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Production time for all products is approximately 5–15 weeks, depending on the season and current production schedule. We will advise the estimated production time once we receive your order.
  • Shipping can be arranged by air cargo or sea cargo.
  • Air cargo shipments are always prepaid, as prepaid rates are usually lower than collect rates.
  • Sea cargo can be shipped by cubic meter as LCL, by 20-foot container, or by 40-foot container. Sea cargo is usually sent freight collect; however, some carriers may require prepayment. We will advise you if this applies.
  • Any additional local cargo-related charges, such as trucking, documentation, fumigation, terminal handling, clearance, and other required export charges, will be added to your invoice.
  • All necessary shipping and customs documents will be provided by Bali Treasures.

4. Warranty

  • Every product we sell is guaranteed. If there is a problem with your order due to an error on our part, we will take responsibility and issue a credit against your next order.
  • Any claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted to Bali Treasures within 10 days of receiving the goods.
  • For rejected products, please provide photos together with a clear explanation of the problem and send them to: salesdn@Bali-Treasures.com
